Experiential Design
The Kleine Komedie is a renowned theatre in Amsterdam. The monumental building was build in 1786 and ever since holds cabaret performances every night. Although the classic main venue was in excellent state, the backside of the building, with its dressing and rehearsal rooms, was in dire need of renovation. Together with the managing board we (Studio Coebergh x Greenwich Village Design) decided the spaces needed to be fit for both pre-perfomance concentration as well as premiering afterparties, to aid the performers as much as possible in their work.
